Metal Forming Press

Metal Forming Press

HydroMechanic Metal forming press is a type of industrial machinery used to shape and form metal sheets or parts by applying high-pressure hydraulic force. These presses use hydraulic cylinders and pumps to generate a large force that can be applied evenly across the surface of the metal. HM metal forming presses can be supplied with standard or custom T-Slot configurations in all sizes and a tapped whole pattern to meet the customer’s tooling requirements. Metal forming press used in Bending machines – including wire, tube, sheet and swing bending, recycling presses – scrap metal.  Metal forming is the process of fashioning metal parts and objects through mechanical deformation; the work piece is reshaped without adding or removing material, and its mass remains unchanged. Forming operates on the materials science principle of plastic deformation, where the physical shape of a material is permanently deformed. Metal Forming processes tend to be typified by differences in effective stresses. These categories and descriptions are highly simplified, since the stresses operating at a local level in any given process are very complex and may involve many varieties of stresses operating simultaneously, or it may involve stresses  which change over the course of the operation. Compressive forming involves those processes where the primary means of plastic deformation is uni- or multiaxial compressive loading.

Rubber Molding Press

Rubber Molding Press

Hydromechanic rubber molding press is a machine used to mold rubber into various shapes and forms. The press uses heat and pressure to shape raw rubber into a finished product, such as a gasket, seal, or other rubber component. Our presses can be designed to load compression molding or transfer molding of large rubber components or molding/bonding large rubber and metal assemblies. Cycle times can be configured according to the materials requirements. Rubber molding presses are cost-effective in tooling, maximize the cavity count, and are  very economical for medium precision. Hydromechanic rubber molding presses are highly versatile and can be supplied complete with a wide variety of ancillary equipment to enhance productivity further.

CNC Plasma Cutting Machine

CNC Plasma Cutting Machine

A CNC plasma machine uses a plasma cutter to cut thin to thick metals along a multi-axis grid. The CNC method provides an advantage over handheld plasma cutting tools due to the cut being programmed and controlled by a computer instead of human motion. CNC plasma is where high speed and precision meet low cost-among a vast array of additional benefits. A CNC plasma machine is easy to use and requires minimal training to learn how to operate effectively. This drastically reduces on boarding costs for shops looking to hire machine operators and also provides increased accessibility for one-man shops looking to add a CNC plasma tool to their arsenal. CNC plasma cutting machines typically come with safety features such as collision detection, emergency stop, and fume extraction systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.

C-Frame Press

C-Frame Press

Hydromechanic C-Frame presses are ideal for light-duty applications, such as bending, punching, and pressing small parts. However, their compact size limits their capacity and can make them less stable when working with larger parts or high force applications. Slides guidance can be either twin pillars type or face slides. Hydraulic power pack is inbuilt & all valves are manifold mounted for easy, quick maintenance and a pressure relief valve protects against overloading of the press. Stamping, bending, flanging, straightening, and other metal material stamping operations are all possible with the C frame press machine.   The hydraulic press uses a hydraulic cylinder to generate force, which is transmitted to the workpiece through a ram. The ram is guided by the C-frame, ensuring precision and stability during operation.

SMC-BMC Moulding Press

SMC-BMC Moulding Press

Hydromechanic SMC/BMC molding press use in molding industries as automobile industries, electrical industries, bath and kitchenware industries. This press consists of two heated platens that are used to compress the SMC or BMC material under high pressure and temperature to form a finished part. The process involves placing the SMC or BMC material into a mold cavity and then applying pressure to the material until it fills the mold cavity and takes the desired shape. These compounds are moulded at High temperature and High Pressure so that a Final Shape of the Component has been made with high Geometrical Accuracies. The Weight of the final component is lighter as compared to the components made from Steel and Aluminium and The Components made from SMC / BMC Compound also has the capability to resist heat and provide the Strength, Mechanical Integrity as compared to Thermoplastics. Molding compounds are particularly formable as materials made from thermoset resins and reinforcing glass fibers. This technology is particularly convincing for complex, dimensionally accurate components as an alternative to steel or aluminium.

CNC Engraving

CNC Engraving

CNC engraving uses computer-controlled machines, which often applies the milling paths generated by CAD-CAM software based on the design drawing. Compared to manual engraving machines, CNC engraving machines, which reduces errors and improves speed, have the capability to do various sophisticated precision engraving, whether for practical or artistic purposes. The engraving process involves removing material from the surface of the material being engraved using a cutting tool such as a drill, end mill, or router. The CNC machine uses a digital file to guide the cutting tool, allowing for highly precise and intricate designs to be created with consistency.
